The scheme provides financial support to students, PhDs and post-graduate students of Roma origin, in medical specialties in accredited universities or colleges in Bulgaria. Candidates must:
Declare openly their Roma origin;
Declare, that they agree to publicly announce their Roma origin;
Study or have been accepted at University as students, PhD or post-graduate students in an accredited higher education institution in Bulgaria;
Study in a programme for obtaining a Bachelor, Masters or PhD degree in a medical specialty;
Declare, that they do NOT receive academic scholarships from other organisations for the corresponding academic year;
Have sent, within the deadlines electronically, full application.
